Don't worry!  You can't do any harm to our website - the underlying technology sees to that.

If you move your mouse so that the arrow is over a LINK, the arrow changes to a hand, with a pointing finger.  If you then click, you are taken to a new page - just like you found your way here. Often pictures are links - you can see the arrow change to a hand.

A LINK is short for HYPERLINK.  When it appears in a block of TEXT it is normally coloured blue by convention, but it doesn't have to be blue.  It is usually blue so that it is obvious it is a hyperlink. 

Generally, you can move back to the previous page by clicking the BACK (left pointing) button, found at the top of your screen.   Try this now, and then click on the FORWARD (right pointing) BUTTON to come back to this page. 

Most pages have a HOME LINK - often shown as a button.  If you click on this you are taken back to the first page, generally known as the HOME PAGE. Try it now, from this page.  Click "home" at the top of this page, above the gold line.
